ExFlow - the cloud based vendor invoice solution for Dynamics AX is generating overwhelming interest

Introducing ExFlow AX for the latest version of Microsoft Dynamics AX.

At the moment SignUp have five on going exciting ExFlow project for the new Dynamics AX. The interest from both customers and partners for a cloud based vendor invoice handling solution is overwhelming.

The latest release follows all new Microsoft guidelines and takes full advantage of AX’s new functionality for workspaces and its new web browser GUI. Capitalizing on AX’s new form pattern technology, we have moved approvals functionality from a separate web into AX. New features include out-of-the-box support for multiple platforms such as tablets, iPads and mobile devices. 

In this release we also introduce new functionality with extended contract management together with even more configurable approval route setup where the system now dynamically can route invoices based on who is in charge of a particular cost center or other financial dimension, whenever the dimension value changes in the approval process. Beside this we are also adding functionality to automate the tax calculation when having invoices where the VAT needs to be split on several tax codes.

SignUp is continuously adding functionality to ExFlow in order to cut costs for our customers and automate their vendor invoice process inside Microsoft Dynamics AX. The enclosed screenshot gives a brief overview of the new ExFlow account payable’s workspace. Workspaces are a new format created to help AX users handle their workload more effectively.

This version of ExFlow will be presented in depth for the SignUp Software Partner Network at the ExFlow AX Partner Training Days in Stockholm this november.
