Press release

SiPore® Practitioner Portfolio Now Available on Fullscript, Expanding Access to Gut-Local Metabolic Health Solutions Across the United States

STOCKHOLM, Sweden, August 5, 2026 — Sigrid Therapeutics today announced that its practitioner portfolio is now available on Fullscript, providing more than 125,000 healthcare practitioners across the United States with direct access to its patented SiPore® technology for meal-focused metabolic care.

Healthcare practitioners can now access and recommend both SiPore® Capsules and SiPore® Liquid directly through Fullscript, providing seamless access to Sigrid's gut-local metabolic health solutions alongside the supplements and clinical tools they already use to support patient care.

The launch reflects growing clinical interest in earlier metabolic intervention and practical strategies that help address the metabolic impact of modern meals before more advanced metabolic dysfunction develops.

As metabolic healthcare continues to evolve, clinicians are increasingly looking for practical interventions that can be introduced earlier in the patient journey and integrated alongside nutrition, lifestyle interventions and existing therapies.

"Healthcare practitioners are increasingly looking for evidence-based solutions that fit naturally into everyday clinical workflows," said Claus Kjærsgaard, Chief Executive Officer of Sigrid Therapeutics. "Making the SiPore® practitioner portfolio available through Fullscript allows clinicians across the United States to access our products through a platform they already know and trust, making it easier to incorporate gut-local metabolic support into routine patient care."

Supporting a Meal-Focused Approach to Metabolic Health
Modern eating patterns expose many patients to repeated post-meal glucose and lipid excursions throughout the day. Over time, these repeated metabolic challenges may contribute to metabolic stress, making post-meal physiology an increasingly important focus for healthcare practitioners. Increasingly, clinicians are using continuous glucose monitoring (CGM), Time in Range (TIR), and other metabolic markers to better understand these day-to-day responses and identify opportunities for earlier intervention.

SiPore® offers a non-systemic, gut-local approach designed to complement nutrition, lifestyle interventions and broader metabolic care by working during digestion to slow the breakdown of carbohydrates and fats.

Unlike systemic therapies, SiPore® remains within the gastrointestinal tract and is not absorbed into the bloodstream.

"Modern metabolic disease develops gradually through repeated exposure to the metabolic impact of everyday meals," said Dr. Sanjay Bhojraj, a board-certified cardiologist and nationally recognized expert in preventive and integrative cardiovascular medicine. "As clinicians place greater emphasis on post-meal physiology and metabolic flexibility, gut-local approaches that can be integrated alongside nutrition, lifestyle interventions and broader metabolic care represent an important addition to the clinical toolkit."

Two Products, One Technology Platform
The practitioner portfolio offers two formats powered by the same patented SiPore® technology platform, allowing clinicians to select the product best suited to different patient needs and clinical scenarios.

SiPore® Capsules

  • Dietary supplement
  • Flexible capsule format
  • Designed for everyday metabolic support
  • Intended to support steadier post-meal glucose patterns, energy consistency and satiety within meal routines

SiPore® Liquid

  • Medical food
  • Ready-to-consume sachet
  • Highest-strength dose of SiPore® technology
  • Designed for structured metabolic health protocols

Supported by Growing Clinical Evidence
The availability of the practitioner portfolio on Fullscript follows the recent acceptance of Sigrid's pivotal SHINE clinical study for publication in eClinicalMedicine, a peer-reviewed journal published by The Lancet Discovery Science group.

The publication further strengthens the growing body of evidence supporting the SiPore® technology platform and reflects increasing scientific interest in gut-local approaches to metabolic health.

Healthcare practitioners using Fullscript also gain access to educational resources supporting clinical implementation, including product information, mechanism of action materials, clinical science summaries, patient protocols and implementation guides covering multiple metabolic health applications.

About SiPore®
SiPore® is Sigrid Therapeutics' patented gut-local technology platform designed to work during digestion by mechanically entrapping digestive enzymes involved in the breakdown of carbohydrates and fats. By slowing nutrient digestion, SiPore® supports steadier post-meal metabolic responses. The technology acts locally within the gastrointestinal tract and is not absorbed into the bloodstream.
