Skyresponse receives ISO certificates 9001 and 27001 from RISE

Skyresponse AB has received two certificates from RISE, Research Institutes of Sweden AB, for its management systems around information security and quality.

Skyresponse AB in Stockholm and Luleå, whose product development, operation and sale of cloud services within alarm and event management have been reviewed by RISE. Based on the results, Skyresponse processes and pipeline met the requirements for ISO / IEC 9001 and 27001 and was then awarded the certificates. “This is an important step for us in building a scalable company and it is a clear confirmation that our processes for quality and IT security also holds for external audit,” says Martin Reidevall, CEO of Skyresponse AB.

Certificate ISO / IEC 27001 for information security management systems

ISO 27001 is an international standard from ISO / IEC that specifies requirements for the establishment, implementation, maintenance and continued improvement of management systems for information security. The ISO 27001 standard ensures that organizations can establish methods and apply frameworks for business and IT processes to help identify, manage and reduce the risks to information security.

Certificate ISO / IEC 9001 for quality management systems

ISO 9001 is an international standard for determining quality management. It is based on the organization starting from the customers’ needs and having a review of internal working methods. To achieve ISO 9001 certification, companies must demonstrate that they have implemented effective quality management systems in all areas of the business, including facilities, people, education, services and equipment.
