Steamery introduces new Care Guide

Steamery has gathered everything you need to know about textile care, from gentle laundry techniques to stain removal and mending in a new care guide.

Have you ever wondered if you are sorting your laundry in all the right piles? Or if there is a way to unshrink a shrunken sweater? Or do you simply want to know how to make your clothes last longer? Steamery has just launched a new online care guide – an easily digestible collection of helpful tips and tricks that cover everything from steaming and removing pilling to mending and washing your clothes in the gentlest way possible.

Textile care isn’t something new, just two generations ago everybody knew how to take care of their clothes and textiles but since then the tradition has been forgotten. Steamery wants to bring it back, by creating innovative textile care products, while educating and inspiring people to take better care of their clothes and to make textile care a pleasurable daily routine.

Embracing a slow fashion lifestyle does not only mean shopping less or buying more high-quality clothes. We also need to learn how to care for our clothes in a conscious manner so that they can last for a long time. In addition to the care guide, you also find educational tutorials and inspiring articles at the Steamery textile care platform. Explore the care guide here.
