Stena Metall once again awarded as one of the employers of the year

On February 14, the Brilliant Awards - Employee Experience was presented. Stena Metall was one of the finalists as Employer of the Year and ended up in second place in the Construction, Manufacturing, and Industrials Category. An improved result from last year's third place.

Brilliant Awards - Employee Experience is an annual award for organizations that have created a work environment with many highly engaged employees. The result is solely based on data from companies' employee surveys. This year, 240 000 responses from employees in 220 companies form the basis for the award. Since the award is 100 % data-based, it is the employees' own experiences that determine who gets awarded.

“As always, the results don't come by themselves. It is the output of strong engagement and efforts on all levels. We see an increased number of great leaders. Leaders who have actively been working with the result together with their teams, who set a clear direction, involve people in their decisions, give feedback to their teams and provide support when needed,” says Maria and continues, “We also had an impressive response rate overall - 93%, in a company with both office and production workers, across 9 different countries and a diverse bouquet of companies. That says something about the engagement we have in our teams. People who always strive to make things better, together, to create value for the benefit of all! Impressive!”
