Stena one of Sweden’s most attractive employers 2024

Stena has been named one of Sweden's most attractive employers in 2024 in the Young Professional Attraction Index survey. People with up to five years of work experience are asked what the most important factors are when choosing an employer and which companies or organizations they would most like to work for.

"It is gratifying that young graduates have opened their eyes to how interesting and rewarding it is to work here at Stena. The Stena sphere is one of the largest family-owned business spheres in Sweden with 21,000 employees and with operations all over the world.

Academic Work, in collaboration with Kantar, has developed a measure of employer attractiveness among students and early career professionals - the Young Professional Attraction Index. The survey has been conducted annually since 2015. This year, 4,741 individuals in Sweden participated.
