Stena Recycling Finland to sell its pallet business

Stena Recycling Finland and Lassila & Tikanoja have signed an agreement to divest Stena Recycling's pallet business. The completion of the transaction still requires the approval of the Competition and Consumer Authority.

The pallet business became a part of Stena Recycling Finland's operations in 2022 with the acquisition of Encore Ympäristöpalvelut. Stena Recycling does not have a pallet business in other countries where the company operates. The divestment is made to focus on the core business.
