Change of ownership in Stena Metall AB
Dan Sten Olsson has transferred his entire shareholdings in Stena Metall AB, the parent company in the Stena Metall Group, to his children Selma Olsson Åkefeldt and William Olsson.
After the transfer, Selma and William each owns 25.5% of the shares in Stena Metall AB. Dan Sten Olsson remains chairman of Stena Metall AB's board.
Questions are referred to Jonas Höglund, CFO of the Stena Metall Group.
