25 years ago, the STRABAG Group developed the foundations of its partnering model teamconcept and, as one of the pioneers of the partnership project implementation in Germany, initiated a cultural change on the construction sites. Today, partnering procedures are a well-proven and industry-standard standard for the realization of complex large-scale projects.
