Partner Manager – Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland
Your tasks will be to:
- Sell our entire product line of closed cash
handling solutions together with our partners
- Sales enable our existing partners, ensure
that they achieve the mutually agreed sales targets
- Train and support new and existing partners in
our products and cash management business
- Proactively develop new business through
regular partner and customer meetings and calls
- Research and realise potential strategic
partnerships, e.g. with vendors of POS-software and/or CIT companies
and/or leasing-providers etc.
- Represent our company and solutions at
national and international fairs and events
- Report all events thoroughly in our CRM system
(Salesforce) as well as prepare monthly reports on opportunities, risks,
forecast, etc.
Your experience
- Strong negotiation-, presentation and sales skills
- Extensive experience dealing with resellers and channel partners
- Complete understanding of channel sales methodologies
- A thorough understanding of technical products and solution selling
- You hold a driver’s license and are able to travel several days a week –
mostly in Norway and Sweden, but other venues across Europe may also be
required
- Knowledge of cash handling and cash registers is an asset, not a requirement
About you
- You have +5 years’
experience in selling technical solutions in a comparable position with a
proven track-record
- You are proactive and
show a high level of motivation – even in challenging situations
- You are a team player and
you are able to work effectively with a minimum of supervision
- You take responsibility
for your targets, drive towards results and you take own initiatives
- You are used to thinking
and acting professionally in a corporate environment
- Cash handling or retail background
is a plus although this is not a requirement
- You
have a proven understanding of IT solutions and have experience with CRM-tools,
preferably Salesforce.
- You are
fluent in Swedish and English (verbal and written). German, French and/or
any of the relevant
Nordic languages is plus.
