G-Loot launches a partnership with Anybrain
Stockholm, Sweden. G-Loot is pleased to announce a new collaboration with anti-cheat experts, Anybrain. This partnership is the latest step in both companies’ efforts to improve competitive integrity in esports.
“Anybrain is a great extension to the tools we already use to protect players on our platform,” said Peter Edenberg, Head of Player Success at G-Loot. “We want to empower anyone—not just the top 2% of elite gamers—to compete in the games they love, and that can only happen if we foster good sportspersonship and competitive integrity. This is just the beginning; we’re looking forward to working closely with a team whose vision for the future of esports aligns so closely with our own.”
While most modern anti-cheat tools concentrate on what is installed on the player’s computer, Anybrain focuses squarely on player behavior. The Anybrain algorithms learn from players’ actions, meaning they can detect a much more comprehensive range of toxic behaviors such as fraud, hacks, and cheats, as well as stress and fatigue. This also means the process is non-invasive: Anybrain only analyzes inputs from the game window, and all data is immediately encrypted. Like G-Loot, Anybrain doesn’t rely on game APIs, allowing it to be scalable, adaptable, and game-agnostic.
“It is a great pleasure for us to work with a company like G-Loot that is revolutionizing the way any game can become more competitive and engaging,” said Anybrain co-founder and CEO André Pimenta. “It is our mission to guarantee fairness and a great responsibility that we are honored to uphold. We are very excited about this collaboration, and it is only the beginning.”
So what can gamers expect from this collaboration? On the surface, very little will change. Anybrain doesn’t require the player to install any extra software and, because the data analysis happens remotely, there is no impact on game performance.
Behind the scenes, G-Loot’s team will fold the new technology into its already extensive Player Protection systems, allowing them to detect cheating and fraud even earlier. As G-Loot’s player base grows, those with bad intentions will be removed quickly, allowing gamers of all experience levels to compete fairly and safely.
