CMM 2025 Conference - TECHNIA AI Solution Showcase

Event date 8 July 2025 09:00 – 11 July 2025 16:30

Location Łódź, Poland

TECHNIA, a leading PLM solutions provider and certified Dassault Systèmes partner in Poland, is proud to announce its participation in the prestigious international Conference on Computer Methods in Mechanics (CMM 2025), held from July 8-11, 2025, in Łódź. As the only company representing Dassault Systèmes in Poland, TECHNIA experts will deliver a paper focused on advanced applications of AI (artificial intelligence) in engineering.

The paper, titled "Using LSTM-Based Surrogate Models for Efficient Material Calibration in Finite Element Simulations," authored by the TECHNIA team consisting of Dr. Eng. Marcin Wierszycki, Dr. Eng. Jakub Michalski, and Prof. Tomasz Jakowiak, will present on the third day of the conference. This work covers both the team's proprietary research on using ML (machine learning) techniques, specifically LSTM (long short-term memory) neural networks, to solve complex mechanics problems, as well as the tools available in the cloud on the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform. This opens new perspectives for CAE (computer-aided engineering).

"We are incredibly proud to have the opportunity to present our achievements at such a highly regarded conference with decades of history, as CMM is," said Marcin Wierszycki, Managing Director of TECHNIA Poland. "This confirms our leading role in innovative technologies, particularly in the application of simulation and artificial intelligence in industry. Our over 10 years of work on machine learning in mechanics, combined with the capabilities of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, represents a milestone towards more intelligent and efficient design and simulation processes."

CMM 2025 is a key event for the scientific community closely related to engineering, promoting the latest achievements in computer methods in mechanics. TECHNIA's participation with a paper on AI underscores the company's commitment to developing and implementing advanced technologies that shape the future of engineering.

We invite all CMM 2025 attendees to visit in-person where possible, or to join the live stream where TECHNIA simulation experts, Marcin Wierszycki and Jakub Michalski, will present, 'Using LSTM-based surrogate models for efficient material calibration in finite element simulations' at 15:15 on July 10th.

Details of all participants and their presentations are available in the conference program.
