Numintec - a Telavox company, awarded for Best IT Integration Project 2022!

On Thursday, Numintec - a Telavox company was awarded the 2022 Platinum Contact Center Award for Best IT Integration Project together with customer Fundación Integralia DKV.

– This is a special one, since we deeply believe that our integration potential, flexibility and customization are some of the pillars that make us a customer-centric company, something that has defined Numintec from the early beginning, and also something that we really take pride in, says Santiago Mazzoni, Marketing manager at Numintec.

    On our project

    Fundación Integralia DKV is an organisation for the employment integration of people with disabilities, and the first contact centre in Europe staffed exclusively by people with functional diversity.

    The integration potential of Numintec's CCaaS solution has been the cornerstone of the project, being personalised to leverage business tools that were already in place, optimised in terms of accessibility, and integrated with legacy hardware allowing internal collaboration by including corporate telephony within the same environment.

      On the event

      Counting 13 editions, the Platinum Contact Center Awards, organised and hosted by Contact Center Hub, have become consolidated as independent and prestigious awards that reward excellence in customer experience and technological innovation in the Spanish industry.

      Through different categories, companies can submit up to three innovative projects that account for, at least, three months of implementation. The jury has been selected on the basis of its track record and its ethical and professional capacity, guaranteeing a qualified and independent criterion.

      This initiative was born with the purpose of rewarding companies that have deployed contact centers as departments of value for their organisations and that strive every day to offer better experiences to their customers, both nationally and internationally. It also recognizes the contribution of technology service providers and contact center solution providers to the development of the industry.
