Social interview robot Tengai with CEO Elin Öberg Mårtenzon will hold a keynote speech at the 5th edition of the Recruitment Tech Event in Amsterdam on November 21. 

This will be the first and exclusive appearance in Holland for Tengai. The speech will cover the subject of bias in recruitment, especially during the interview phase, but also how a social interview robot like Tengai can mitigate bias. Listen to Tengai’s story of becoming a recruitment tool and challenge the industries bias.

Also, all participants will have the opportunity to meet Tengai themselves as she will be available for a Meet and Greet after the Keynote.
