Absolut Art – art for everybody
Inspired by a thirty year commitment to contemporary art, Absolut is launching Absolut Art, a new independent extension of the Absolut brand aimed at broadening access to contemporary art and making it art for everybody.
Through the online platform absolutart.com local artists in selected cities around the world will be able to offer their art for a global audience. Art lovers around the world can easily discover, access and purchase contemporary art that they love from the local art scenes. Established artists and emerging talents will offer limited edition artworks to affordable prices.
Absolut Art is launched in Stockholm, the hometown of Absolut. Together with the gallerist Jonas Kleerup, a well-known figure within the local art scene, 40 artists has been selected and will be presenting over 75 different artworks. The prices will vary between 250 to 3000 USD.
In order to celebrate the launch of Absolut Art in Stockholm, Hollywood stylist Bea Åkerlund and music producer iSHi has made collaborations with featured local artists.
