Digital Delivery Tickets and Truck-Tracking Available in Germany Published 5/20/2025
Since the end of March, Thomas Beton GmbH's customers have been receiving digital delivery tickets and can follow their deliveries in real-time for all concrete deliveries.
Thomas Beton GmbH has been offering digital delivery tickets and truck-tracking for all concrete deliveries since the end of March. The implementation took place during March, with each region going live one by one.
The new digital services increase transparency and efficiency for customers, as well as internally at Thomas Beton. Using our customer portal, MeinBeton, customers can follow the truck in real-time during delivery and know exactly when it will arrive at the site. Furthermore, customers can view and download their delivery tickets at any time using the portal.
“We continue to digitalize the construction industry. Adding these services to our portfolio will ease administration and daily operations for our German customers,” says Jakob Hallgren, Business Development Analyst at Thomas Concrete Group.
During the first month, customer feedback has been positive. We have seen that customers quickly adapt to using the customer portal, and since go-live, usage of MeinBeton has increased by 160%.
