Eleven Kanto Railway Operators to Launch Interoperable Post-Pay Travel Service Using Credit Cards and Other Contactless Payment Methods on March 25, 2026
Starting March 25, 2026, Tobu Railway will introduce a contactless credit card payment “Tap & Ride, Pay Later” service. In collaboration with 11 railway companies in the Kanto area, the service will enable seamless transfers across multiple railway lines, further improving travel convenience for passengers.
