SPACIA X menu - Sake "NIKKOJI"
Founded in the 13th year of the Meiji era (1880), Katayama Shuzo has been brewing sake in the same way every since that time. It brews in the Sase style, which applies a pressing process and takes a lot of time and trouble. The product is a Junmai Ginjo sake with a sharp flavor.
