TOBU Railway announces the introduction of a multilingual telephone interpretation service at stations along TOBU lines and other TOBU managed facilities.
Staff members can use an interpreter (telephone operator) to provide services to foreign customers of TOBU lines and other TOBU managed facilities that require assistance in a language other than Japanese.
