Trioworld present exciting new Loop features at FACHPACK 2022 in Nuremberg Germany.

Trioworld will present the new developed Food Loop Packaging for frozen food applications and the Blown Coex Loop stretch film, both with 30% recycled content at FACHPACK 2022 in Nuremberg from 27-28th of September.

Together with Lidl Sweden, Trioworld launched in May of this year the first post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic film, approved for frozen food packaging. Lidl introduced this innovative solution with their cinnamon buns and cardamum buns in Sweden.

and is powered by an innovative 5-layer concept. This concept meets all the required tests and simulations as required by the European Regulations for Food Contact Material. The packaging is made of 30% recycled PCR and is 100% recyclable.

The Blown Coex Loop with 30% PCR is thinner than the first high-performance sustainable stretch film launched in 2021. Plus, it has a higher level of stretchability. Exceptional load stability

The Blown Coex Loop 30 is suitable for a wide range of applications, but especially so for heavy loads or challenging shaped pallets. High load stability also has environmental benefits: a stable pallet load is less likely to cause damage, making it the sustainable route.
