The market's interest in wellness is thriving, and with some of the world's finest brands, we see a very bright future. Recently, we have worked intensively to analyze our market position and realized that a new name and strategic changes would increase opportunities to take market shares and build stronger relationships with customers.

In 2017, Swedish Tylö and Finnish Helo merged into TyloHelo in an attempt to build a strong brand that would take over and carry the history, strengths, and identities of established brands. In hindsight, we can conclude that unique values and strong market positions were lost with that strategy. That's why the name TyloHelo will cease to exist. Instead, we are presenting the new name Sauna360 with the intention of revitalizing the strength of the well-known brands Tylö, Helo, Kastor, Finnleo, and Amerec.

With Sauna360 playing a strategic and supportive role, the incorporated brands will represent unique values and together build a complete offering with traditional sauna, steam, and infrared heating. The next step will be to create new websites, initiate marketing activities, and explore all opportunities for growth and development. Down the road, the company aims for an IPO (Initial Public Offering).

As all the details are not completely clear, we kindly ask for your patience as we continue the process of changing company names, but you can be sure that this change will not affect our agreements or require any action on your part.
