Welcome to the Adder Customer Experience Center

At Adder, we’ve always believed that technological innovation begins with understanding real-world challenges first-hand. Over the years, we have seen working environments become more complex and operator requirements have continued to evolve, but some aspects have remained consistent: the value of human connection, hands-on experience and collaboration. Inspired by our experience in keyboard, video and mouse (KVM) technology, this foundation is what inspired us to create the Customer Experience Center.

More than just a facility, the Customer Experience Center (CXC) is a purpose-built space designed to bring people and technology together. It’s a place where customers, partners and employees can explore KVM solutions in familiar and realistic environments, gain expert insight and test ideas whilst working through real-world challenges. The CXC is located at Adder’s headquarters, Cambridge, UK, while remaining closely connected to the global teams who design, support, and distribute KVM solutions to customers worldwide.

A Space Built Around Real-World Challenges

We know first-hand that selecting, implementing and expanding KVM systems can be complex. Each environment and installation is unique, presenting diverse challenges that our range of connectivity solutions must address.

Within the CXC, visitors can experience Adder’s KVM solutions in action, configured to reflect real operational scenarios. Being able to see how systems perform in practice enables customers to gain a deeper understanding of which solutions best meet their specific requirements as their needs evolve.
