Neil Hillier Appointed CEO to Lead Next Chapter at Adder

Cambridge, United Kingdom – 30th June 2026 – Adder Technology, a global leader in high performance IP KVM and connectivity solutions, today announced the appointment of Neil Hillier as Chief Executive Officer, effective 1st July 2026. The announcement forms part of a planned leadership transition and strengthened executive structure designed to support Adder’s continued growth, innovation and global expansion.
Adder enters this new chapter as organizations increasingly require secure connectivity and control of mission-critical systems. The adoption of high performance IP KVM technologies continues to accelerate, supporting distributed operations, enhanced cybersecurity, operational resilience, and increasingly complex workflows.

Hillier succeeds Adrian Dickens, who transitions to the role of Founder & Executive Chair following 42 years leading the business, with Nigel Dickens moving to Emeritus CTO. Hillier’s appointment aligns with the long-term stewardship principles established through the company’s recently announced Employee Ownership Trust.
Since joining the company in 2016, Hillier has played a key role in helping drive more than 70% revenue growth, building on the company’s global market position and helping shape its long-term strategy. With over two decades in the KVM industry, Hillier brings broad leadership experience spanning engineering, technology, operations and commercial management.

Supporting Hillier is a strengthened leadership team aligned around the company’s future ambitions:
- Paul Allen has been appointed Chief Financial Officer, recognizing a broader financial remit across the Adder group, and supporting continued investment in operational and sustainable long-term growth.
- Jamie Adkin has been promoted to Vice President of Global Sales. During his 18 years with Adder, Jamie has gained extensive experience across the business and developed strong relationships with customers and partners worldwide. His appointment also reflects Adder’s commitment to developing future leaders from within.
- Duncan Miller has been promoted to Vice President Global Marketing and Customer Experience. His expanded leadership responsibilities bring together marketing, customer experience, and professional services and support, reflecting Adder’s commitment to delivering exceptional value throughout the customer lifecycle and growing long-term customer relationships.
