New Surveyor for Bennington Green
BENNINGTON Green, a leading property consultancy in the South is proud to announce the appointment of a new Building Surveyor to the team.
Graeme Todd, is a Chartered Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors with 20 years’ experience and has joined Bennington Green from a FTSE 100 company.
Originally from Canada, Graeme came to the UK 30 years ago and attended St Peters School in Bournemouth before studying at The University of the West of England (UWE) in Bristol.
He started his career at Bournemouth Council where he latterly was responsible for leading a team of surveyors and was the lead officer and designer working on a high profile project funded from a consortium in excess of £2m.
Graeme said: “After many years at the Council I decided to branch into private practice where I gained valuable insight right across a variety of construction roles, working for both public and private sector clients.
He added: “With the abundance of work that Bennington Green have coming through their door I am looking forward to a very busy and rewarding working environment and I was delighted to be asked to join the team.”
Graeme is also competent in NBS, AutoCAD, Vector Works, Drawings Express, and holds a CSCS Professionally Qualified Persons card.

the team.”
In his spare time when Graeme isn’t spending time with his family he is a keen follower of motocross and plays golf.

Bennington Green was established in 1992 by Damon Green.
In August 2005, the company was acquired by Nigel Soloman, a Chartered Engineer, and Keith Kirkwood, a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Bennington Green Ltd was created.
In 2012 Bennington Green acquired the practice of Richard Neale Associates and both Richard and Damon continue to provide consultancy services to the business - and remain leading Chartered Building Surveyors in their fields.
The business now has a new dynamic approach which has helped them through the recession. Despite the economic climate, Bennington Green continues to grow with new services continually being developed to reflect the changes in the marketplace.
A focused programme of expansion and growth has been implemented with a vision of building a multi-disciplined professional practice offering not only the full range of building surveying services as identified by RICS but also a broad range of project management, commercial management, dispute resolution and interim management services to a wide and varied range of clients in both the public and private sectors, in the UK and overseas.

Alex specialises in working within the property and construction industry in Bournemouth, London and Essex.
She has over 20 years experience in the marketing arena and prior to that worked for property companies in the West End of London.
