  • Alma Property Partners acquires a portfolio of nine properties from Rasta Sverige

    Alma Property Partners and its partners P&E Fastighetspartner and CT Development have built up a property portfolio with tenants within the discount retail, grocery and fast food restaurant segments and is now adding nine properties through a sale and leaseback transaction with Rasta Sverige. The portfolio company, called Propulus Real Estate, now owns properties worth over SEK 1.1 billion.

  • Alma Property Partners establishes new retail destination in Sollentuna

    In November 2020, Alma Property Partners and Mässing Properties will open a new 30,000 sqm retail destination including restaurants and wellness offerings in Sollentuna. The new retail concept is superbly located at the busy and important intersection where the E4 highway, which runs between Stockholm and Arlanda airport, intersects with Norrortsleden and the Stockholm bypass project (Förbifart).

  • Alma Property Partners raises over €250 million of equity for Fund II

    Alma Property Partners has raised €255 million of equity capital for Alma Property Partners II, exceeding the target of €250 million. Alma’s second fund focuses on commercial and residential investments in Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Norway. The investors are mainly institutions from Sweden, Germany, Belgium and the United Kingdom. The fund has an investment capacity of more than €600 million.

  • Alma Property Partners opens an office in Denmark

    Alma Property Partners, the Nordic real estate investor, has opened an office in Copenhagen by hiring Hüseyin Meric. Mr. Meric, who has 10 years of real estate and investment experience, will head the newly established Danish office.

  • Mikael Pehrsson joins as Partner at Alma Property Partners

    Alma Property Partners hired Mikael Pehrsson as Partner on the investments team. Mikael has significant experience within the real estate investments market from his previous positions with Cromwell Property Group and Sveafastigheter.
