Hüseyin Meric becomes Partner at Alma Property Partners

Hüseyin Meric has been promoted to Partner at Alma Property Partners, the Nordic real estate investment company, after having joined the firm in August 2019.

He has contributed significantly to our success in the Danish market, particularly in creating strong partnerships with local developers and asset managers and finding highly attractive investment opportunities,” says Sloan Wobbeking, founder and CEO at Alma Property Partners.

Hüseyin Meric’s primary role at Alma is to lead the Danish investment and asset management activities. He is also a member of the management team at Alma and the Investment Committee for Alma’s new opportunistic real estate fund. Alma opened an office in Copenhagen during 2019 when they hired Mr. Meric from Sampension where he was Senior Portfolio Manager.

Alma Property Partners is currently raising capital for its third pan-Nordic opportunistic real estate fund. The target is to raise €400 million of equity.
