Alma Property Partners and Atell acquired the office property Bylingen 1, located on Södermalm in Stockholm. The property comprises 14,200 sqm of lettable area and features modern office space with Viaplay Group as the main tenant. The area is strategically located near key commuting hubs such as Södra Station, Mariatorget and Skanstull.
UrbanLight continued growing its light industrial and logistics portfolio by acquiring four properties near Helsinki-Vantaa airport, with the total portfolio now comprising 35,000 sqm across six properties.
Lumme Palvelukiinteistöt has acquired a portfolio of eight care properties for approximately 30 million euros from Hoivarakentajat Oy, a Finnish developer of care properties. Lumme, which is a jointly owned by Alma Property Partners and senior members of the operating team, aims to build a care property portfolio in Finland exceeding 100 million euros.
Alma och Rexbo acquired Botkyrka Loviseberg 7 from Safecon Holding AB. The property’s total leasable area is around 500 sqm with a land plot area of circa 9,300 sqm. In connection with the acquisition of the property, a lease agreement was signed with Safecon Byggnadsställningar AB.
Alma and Byggvesta have sold the commercial properties Vilunda 6:80, Vilunda 6:81 and Vilunda 6:82 in the Optimus area in central Upplands Väsby to Väsbyhem. The property value was SEK 340 million. As part of the deal, Alma and Byggvesta will also sell commercial building rights corresponding to approx. 4,800 sqm to Väsbyhem when the ongoing change in zoning for Optimus gains legal force.

Alma and Rexbo Gröna Industrihus acquired the light industrial property, Tidmätaren 1, in Sollentuna from Rikshem AB (publ). The property has a leasable area of 4,200 sqm with a plot area of 8,900 sqm and the building is fully leased by five tenants. The property is strategically located 15 km from Stockholm near the E4 highway and the northern entrance of the new bypass highway.
