Alma Property Partners and Rexbo Gröna Industrihus acquire a property in the Loviseberg industrial area in greater Stockholm

Alma Property Partners och Rexbo Gröna Industrihus acquired Botkyrka Loviseberg 7 from Safecon Holding AB. The property’s total leasable area is around 500 sqm with a land plot area of circa 9,300 sqm. In connection with the acquisition of the property, a lease agreement was signed with Safecon Byggnadsställningar AB.

Alma and Rexbo had previously acquired the property Botkyrka Loviseberg 5, which is on the same street. The transaction was the fourth property acquisition in the joint venture's greater Stockholm light industrial and warehouse portfolio, which expects to grow with further acquisitions.
