    UrbanLight, the Finnish light industrial and logistics platform established by Alma Property Partners and Alea Partners, has acquired a modern warehouse property in Espoo. The property comprises over 6,000 sqm of lettable area on a plot exceeding 18,000 sqm and was acquired through a sale-and-leaseback transaction, further expanding UrbanLight's presence in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area.

  • Alma and Three Lakes Capital acquire new-build residential portfolio in Holbæk

    Alma Property Partners (“Alma”) and Three Lakes Capital (“Three Lakes”) have acquired the recently completed residential properties Røllike Hus and Primula Hus in Holbæk Have, comprising 180 apartments and approximately 12,700 sqm of residential space in Holbæk, Denmark. The acquisition represents the first collaboration between Alma and Three Lakes within the Danish residential sector.

    Alma and Kristensen have acquired another prominent mixed-use retail and office property in the heart of Copenhagen. Located at Købmagergade 62 and Pustervig 4, the combined property comprises more than 4,300 sqm and hosts a strong tenant mix including 7-Eleven, Neye, Louis Nielsen, Maanesten and CIEE. The seller is a consortium owned by the Danish pension funds PBU, AP Pension, and Velliv.

  • New headquarter lease signed at Bylingen 1 on Södermalm

    In March, Alma Property Partners and Atell signed a lease agreement with Dermarome, the Nordic region’s leading distributor of professional skincare and beauty brands. Dermarome will now relocate its Swedish headquarters to Bylingen 1, a centrally located office property with strong public transport links on Södermalm in Stockholm.

  • Alma and RUBIK acquire landmark residential asset in Aarhus

    Alma and Rubik acquired the landmark residential property “Unity Aarhus,” a newly built residential asset located on Randersvej in Aarhus, Denmark. The state-of-the-art property comprises 652 residential units, including 572 studios, 80 apartments, and a wide range of luxurious amenities. The property is the highest residential building in Denmark.

  • Alma and AG Gruppen sell residential property in greater Copenhagen to PenSam

    Alma and AG Gruppen sold the residential property, Lyskilden, located in Herlev (greater Copenhagen) to Pensam. The property consists of 231 apartments comprising 18,824 sqm and it was one of the first residential development projects in the Marienlund area in Herlev, which is undergoing a transformation supported by major infrastructure investments such as a new light rail station.

  • Alma and Rexbo acquire three light industrial properties in Greater Stockholm

    Alma and Rexbo have acquired three light industrial properties located in the Västerskogs industrial area in Håbo municipality and the Jordbro industrial area in Haninge municipality in two separate transactions. As of today, Rexbo owns seven fully let properties located in attractive industrial areas and intends to grow further in Greater Stockholm in the coming years.

  • Alma and Atell acquire a modern office building in Stockholm

    Alma Property Partners and Atell acquired the office property Bylingen 1, located on Södermalm in Stockholm. The property comprises 14,200 sqm of lettable area and features modern office space with Viaplay Group as the main tenant. The area is strategically located near key commuting hubs such as Södra Station, Mariatorget and Skanstull.

  • Lumme Palvelukiinteistöt acquires a care property portfolio from Hoivarakentajat

    Lumme Palvelukiinteistöt has acquired a portfolio of eight care properties for approximately 30 million euros from Hoivarakentajat Oy, a Finnish developer of care properties. Lumme, which is a jointly owned by Alma Property Partners and senior members of the operating team, aims to build a care property portfolio in Finland exceeding 100 million euros.
