Alma Property Partners has been recognized as one of Sweden’s Best Workplaces™ 2026 by Great Place to Work®. The award is based on the world’s largest employee survey, where organizations are evaluated and ranked based on their employees’ experiences of, among other things, leadership and level of trust. In this year’s ranking, presented at a gala at Berns in Stockholm on April 23, Alma Property Partners placed in the top 5 among the small organizations category with 20–49 employees.

Sweden’s Best Workplaces™ is awarded by Great Place to Work®, a global leader in workplace culture analysis and development. The ranking is based on their annual employee survey, where employees share their experiences of the workplace culture. Criteria evaluated include leadership, fairness, respect, credibility, pride, and camaraderie. Out of thousands of organizations surveyed, only 65 are selected as Sweden’s Best Workplaces™.
