Optuna continues Gothenburg expansion with industrial acquisition in Torslanda

Optuna and Alma Property Partners continue to expand their light industrial and warehouse portfolio in Gothenburg through the acquisition of the property Göteborg Röd 2:56 from Autotrans Utleiebygg AB.

The property is located at Flygfältsgatan 14 in Torslanda, one of Gothenburg’s established industrial and logistics areas, with close proximity to Volvo, Arendal and the Port of Gothenburg. The property comprises approximately 3,300 sqm of lettable area on a plot of approximately 10,000 sqm and is fully leased to an established industrial tenant.

The acquisition represents another step in Optuna and Alma’s joint strategy to build a long-term portfolio of well-located light industrial and warehouse properties across the Gothenburg region.
