Alma and AG Gruppen have sold the residential project Smedekær in Albertslund (greater Copenhagen) to PenSam. Smedekær is 15,600 sqm across 200 rental apartments and was the first completed project in the transformation of the Hersted Industripark area. It is the second residential property sold by Alma and AG Gruppen to Pensam this year.
Alma and AG Gruppen sold the residential property, Lyskilden, located in Herlev (greater Copenhagen) to Pensam. The property consists of 231 apartments comprising 18,824 sqm and it was one of the first residential development projects in the Marienlund area in Herlev, which is undergoing a transformation supported by major infrastructure investments such as a new light rail station.
Alma Property Partners has hired Nicolas Karkkolainen and Antti Salonen for the Finnish real estate investment team in Helsinki and Gustav Bachmann for the Danish real estate investment team in Copenhagen. The three new hires bring Alma’s investment and asset management team to twelve members.
Alma and RUBIK acquired a light industrial and warehouse property in Glostrup (greater Copenhagen) comprising 3,923 sqm of lettable area. This is the fourth light industrial property acquired in greater Copenhagen by the joint venture.

The local plan application has been prepared by Holscher Nordberg Arkitekter and is now being processed by the municipality of Albertslund.
