Lost Ark: Fog of Diaspero - October Update
Heroes of Arkesia,
The corruption that began in the depths has crossed over the Kurzan Abyss, tainting the seas. The long-lost body of Kazeros has begun to take form within the fog. What will befall Arkesia in the future?
This update introduces the Kazeros Raid Prelude: Destined Trajectory, October Ark Pass, Lucky Box event, Korean balance patch that arrived alongside Kazeros, Proving Grounds competitive match season 7, and more. Downtime will begin on October 29 at 1 a.m. PT (8 a.m. UTC) and is expected to last XX hours. Read on for the full list of new content, events, store offerings, and other changes.
Kazeros Raid Prelude
Embark on a prologue questline that leads to truth as the long-prophesied war nears its end.
A new NPC, Journey’s Trace, will be added to Elnead where you can start this quest. It can be completed once per roster, but only after finishing the Act 1 through 3 prologue quests as well as the Rimeria World Quest and Hyper Awakening Quests. The Kazeros Raid Prelude: Destined Trajectory will prepare you for the narrative climax against the Lord of the Abyss and is a requirement to enter the Act 4 Kazeros Raid. Two new achievements will also be available. Kazeros Raid Prelude prerequisites include:
- Kazeros Raid Act 1 Prologue Quest - Where the Volcanic Ash has Settled. Players must have Item Level 1660+ and clear it with the required characters to progress the quest.
- Kazeros Raid Act 2 Prologue Quest - Paving the Way to Victory
- Kazeros Raid Act 3 Prologue Quest - As One Again
- Rimeria World Quest - Connected Duty
- Hyper Awakening achievements - The Divine Will Lives On
Proving Grounds Season 7
This is the first Competitive Match season to feature the Three Champions Game Mode.
Participation in Fury PvP is available from the Ultra 1 tier and above. Expect the standard competitive ratings adjustments based on performances in the last season, plus seasonal rewards when Season 7 wraps up next year.
Arktober Lucky Box Event
Complete daily and special missions to earn Lucky Boxes and prepare for endgame challenges throughout this event from now until December 17.
Lucky Boxes contain various honing materials, trade items, cards and potentially a Surprise Box. The Surprise Box has a chance to drop special items, like a Relic Engraving Selection Chest, Chaos Stones with a 100% success rate, Legendary Card Selection Pack, along with honing materials.
Mist Knight Ark Pass
Complete missions to progress through 30 Ark Pass levels for new rewards.
The regular Ark Pass is free and grants a variety of helpful rewards, such as Pheons, honing material selection chests, and card packs! Ark Pass progress is earned across your entire roster, while the rewards are roster bound.
Those interested in more rewards and cosmetics can exchange Royal Crystals for two premium reward tracks (Premium and Super Premium), which each layer in additional rewards to the leveling track. The Premium Ark Pass adds rewards at all 30 levels earned alongside the free rewards. Examples include more honing material selection chests, battle items, and more! On top of the Regular and Premium rewards, the Super Premium Ark Pass weaves the Mist Knight skins, Fluffy cat mount and pet, and a Legendary Card Pack through the Ark Pass.
