March of Giants Cosed Alpha Now Available for Players in Europe

This Friday 5th September, the Closed Alpha for March of Giants, Amazon Games Montreal’s newly announced free-to-play 4v4 War MOBA for PC, is opening the doors for European players to participate and share their experiences. From now through September 14th, interested players can request access on Steam.

European players will be routed to the US East servers during the Closed Alpha. The team has been monitoring current European players within the Closed Alpha, and while not optimal, the latency to these servers is consistently within the acceptable range for matchmaking.

To help reduce the impact of this increased ping, we are going to focus on sending invites out to areas with lower average latency. Dedicated European servers will come in future tests, but won’t be available during the Closed Alpha. Please note that only English localization is supported at this stage.
