ATARI® BRINGS FIVE RETRO CLASSICS TO THE PIEPACKER CLOUD-GAMING PLATFORM IN DECEMBER
Atari®, the legendary game company behind titles like Pong®, Asteroids® and Missile Command®, is making five arcade favourites free-to-play on the Piepacker cloud-gaming platform.
9 December 2021, LONDON – Today, Piepacker is proudly announcing its latest partnership with world-renowned game development studio, Atari. As the social gaming platform’s latest retro licensor, Atari will bring five arcade classics, and their PSX versions, to Piepacker’s ever-growing catalogue. Piepacker is available for free on Chrome browser at beta.piepacker.com.
Atari is one of gaming’s most celebrated and historic brands, with a respected legacy in the retrogaming scene. The following titles will join Piepacker’s catalogue, bringing its game count to more than 100 games!
- Pong (Arcade) / Pong: The Next Level (PSX)
- Super Breakout (Arcade) / Breakout (PSX)
- Centipede (Arcade) / Centipede (PSX)
- Missile Command (Arcade) / Missile Command (PSX)

Discussing the partnership, Jean-Marcel Nicolai, COO/Head of Games at Atari says, “Atari is excited to bring our fan-favourite classic titles to Piepacker’s innovative social gaming platform. Also joining Piepacker this year is Japanese Game developer Paon DP bringing with it an additional four retro favourites to the platform:
