Ruud Gullit signs for a new team, and joins former teammate Desailly

Ruud Gullit is the new ambassador at BetClic, the online bookmaker announced today. This will be like a homecoming for the Dutch star, as he will be joining former teammates and managers from an illustrious career that includes two Champions League wins with AC Milan.

“I have joined a great team, and it will be inspiring to team up again with friends like (Marcel) Desailly, (Arrigo) Sacchi and (Dan) Petrescu, who also are ambassadors at BetClic”, says Gullit.

Gullit recently joined Russian Premier League club Terek Grozny as their head coach, and the 1987 European Footballer of The Year and 1988 European Champion is also now the ambassador of BetClic , one of the leading online bookmakers in Europe.

   “I am looking forward to this role with BetClic. Football and betting are well connected and there is huge excitement when having a bet and winning on a football  match.  I will have weekly tips on my Facebook Fan Page as well and am looking forward to a dramatic climax to the European leagues.”

Ruud Gullit will, as the new BetClic ambassador, team up with famous football profiles in other BetClic markets, such as Marcel Desailly in France, Arrigo Sacchi in Italy and Dan Petrescu in Romania.

“I was coached by Sacchi in Milan when we won the Champions League twice and later played with both Desailly and Petrescu at Chelsea so I feel at home in my new team”, states Gullit, who was capped 66 times for Holland, scoring 17 goals.
