​The Annual General Meeting of BIMobject AB (”BIMobject”) the 16th of June 2015 resolved on a directed issue of warrants with the right to subscribe for new shares in the company. The issue, which amounted to a maximum of 760 000 warrants series 2015/2018, were executed with a deviation from the shareholders’ preferential rights.
