BIMobject Deutschland GmbH is a daughter company of BIMobject® AB, based in Malmö Sweden. BIMobject is the leading Internet Portal for digital representations of real manufacturer building parts in the cloud, which are used in the BIM design and construction process.

At BIMobject we work in close cooperation with our customers, the building product manufacturers to develop and maintain digital replicas of their products, as BIM objects. Responsibilities:

Be responsible for Project Management of BIMobject’s content business in DACH.Work closely as technical consultant for sales agents and franchisee’s in the DACH region.Manage both direct accounts and indirect salesforce with global CRM system, Project management processes and IT tools. Work jointly with our management and sales group to successfully deliver high quality projects and solutions.

Work with consultative approach with need analyzes and with good presentations skills to match our solutions capabilities to customers needs. Specify the functionality and details of the BIMobjects in close cooperation with our costumers. Supervise and manage our external content development partners in India, Hungary and ASIA during the development of the BIMobjects for different BIM applications, like ArchiCAD, REVIT, Allplan, VectorWorks etc.Be responsible for the QA process. Assist the sales team on daily sales activities, lead generation, follow up and pre sales activities.Be a source of inspiration, motivation and lead by example. Be open-minded to the challenge and share the corporate values of BIMobject AB

Desired Skills & Experience

Experience: Minimum three years experience in more than one BIM software tools like ArchiCAD, REVIT, Allplan, VectorWorks etc.. 

International sales and marketing background is preferable.

Requirements:

• Deep Experience with more than one CAD/BIM software,
• Good generic IT background 
• Project Management experiences 
• Must have high energy and self motivated as self-sufficient contributor 
• Must be willing to travel
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills both German and English
• Ideal candidate will be an assertive individual with excellent personal skills 
• Achievement and ready for a challenge.
