Sika

Sika, global leader in specialty construction chemicals with over 100 years of experience, now releases their first series of BIM objects developed in collaboration with BIMobject.

While Sika is a stronghold in the development and production of systems and products for a full-range of markets, they have chosen to initially release four flooring systems as BIM objects available in Revit and ArchiCAD. Each object includes embedded technical data such as: indoor air VOC emission classifications, slip resistance, reaction to fire, CE conformity and various EN and ISO standards qualifications.

Sika ComfortFloor® PS-23, a flexible, colourfast resin flooring system ideal for residential, healthcare, commercial and public buildings.

Sikafloor® MultiDur EB-24, a rigid, epoxy resin-based flooring system ideal for high density traffic, and slip resistant applications such as parking garages and car park decks.

Sikafloor® PurCem® HS-21 Gloss, a highly durable, polyurethane cement hybrid flooring system with a glossy, smooth finish ideal for the food industry and for manufacturing facilities.

Sika® FloorJoint PD, acarbon-fiber reinforced prefabricated concrete panel which seamlessly fits into adjacent resin floor coverings, an ideal solution for floor joints in parking garages or warehouses.

Clestra

Clestra Hauserman was founded in the beginning of the last century by Earl F. Hauserman. Among the more notable contributions in the production of partition walls was the Empire State Building in New York. Today Clestra Hauserman is a global company producing partition walls, as well as being a partner to the construction industry. The company prides itself for being devoted to providing its customers and users with the best possible services.

Clestra Hauserman now offers their first products on the BIMobject Cloud. These objects have been developed in Revit 2015 by the company’s engineers.

As a first step, users will be able to download two different bright and transparency partitions and one modular and movable partition. As of today the files are available in French only.
