Sikkerhetsgruppen takes the lead in Norway

Oslo, 2nd April 2012. Sikkerhetsgruppen in Norway is taking a lead by investing in two new IT systems that will make their operations amongst the most modern in Norway. During the start of this year, Sikkerhetsgruppen already made a choice for the Danish ARC software interVIEW. Now they proceed with the investment in the leading Swedish operations support system GuardTools® in order to professionalise and automate their manned guarding and alarm business.

Both solutions will in the future operate tightly integrated, which means that the officers handling incoming alarms with interVIEW can push those alarms directly into the GuardTools® PDA’s of the officers in the field. The automation of the alarm handling assures the quality and effectiveness of the ARC activities. By investing in GuardTools®, Sikkerhetsgruppen will now also offer its clients real time reporting through a web portal whilst all top of the bill support for patrolling and static guarding by GuardTools® will obviously benefit Sikkerhetsgruppen in its daily work. Later this year, Sikkerhetsgruppen is planning to present even more innovative services.
