The BoKlok on the Brook success story continues in the second phase

At the weekend BoKlok hosted the second phase of the sales launch for the first UK development, BoKlok on the Brook – this time for the one and two-bedroom apartments. 46 of the 48 homes available were reserved at the event.

It was a great event with many potential customers - the majority of which are first time buyers who live locally in Bristol. Over 95% of the apartments were reserved at the event – with just two of the two-bedroom apartments remaining for sale.

Some insights on the customers:

  • 83% of purchasers had a Bristol postcode
  • 83% of purchasers opted to use Help to Buy
  • 98% were first time buyers

- A huge congratulations to everyone who reserved one of our apartments at the weekend, I’m delighted for them. I wish we had even more homes to sell as the demand was so high, said Helen Renvoize, Business and Marketing Manager, BoKlok.

During the event, some great feedback were received from the customers about the apartments and what they have to offer. The layout has been well received – with lots of positive comments about the flow onto the spacious balconies (all apartments include a balcony) and the fact that there is space for a dining table.
