Wiehl, 15 July 2026 --- When trailers and transport vehicles arrive in the workshop, every action counts. At Automechanika, BPW is showing how the modern aftermarket segment can operate today: with genuine spare parts, well-designed special tools, digital services and cost-efficient remanufactured solutions – all meeting the same high quality standards that are the hallmark of BPW in the original equipment sector.
Together with its subsidiary PE Automotive, BPW is presenting its OES aftermarket range at Automechanika under the slogan "Always the Right Choice". The focus is on BPW genuine spare parts, spare parts for cost-effective repairs from PE Automotive, new tool solutions from HAZET and the successfully expanding BPW Reman Line for remanufactured components.
At BPW, "Pure genuine" refers to spare parts that are identical to the original equipment parts – and also to a standard of service and quality that goes beyond just supplying parts. BPW sees the aftermarket segment as an extension of its systems expertise: from development through to use in vehicles, and on to maintenance, repair and reconditioning. The goal is to get vehicles back on the road quickly, safely and cost-effectively.
For the first time, BPW is extending its range of genuine spare parts to include the agricultural sector. For the agricultural sector in particular, availability is crucial: soil preparation, sowing, harvesting, and the transportation of feed or slurry all take place within tight timeframes – often dependent on the weather, the season and operational processes. With genuine spare parts, clear part identification and reliable service support, BPW is also enhancing operational safety and availability in the agricultural sector.
A key focus of the trade fair presentation is the expanded tool range that BPW has developed in collaboration with HAZET. The successfully-launched BPW HAZET Tool cases for brake servicing demonstrates how BPW provides practical support for workshop processes: compact, high-quality and well designed for everyday use. For Automechanika, BPW is expanding its range to include additional tools for safety-critical maintenance and repair work: these include two Torque wrenches, that facilitate precise assembly work on brakes, wheels and running gear. For safety-critical bolted joints, correct tightening torques are crucial for driving stability, service life and operational safety. BPW provides a concise overview of the most important figures on a maintenance poster for the workshop.
Another novelty is a Bush insertion and removal tool developed in collaboration with HAZET for the ECO Air and ECO Air Compact air suspension systems. It allows torsion-resistant replacement of the rubber-steel bushes in the trailing arms, can be operated by a single person and is designed for use with an impact wrench. A slot allows compensation for tolerances and protects the spindle from misalignment and jamming – a real advantage in challenging workshop conditions. This makes complex repair procedures easier, more precise and safer.
Together with HAZET, BPW has also developed a new grease spray for greasing BPW roller bearings. The BPW grease spray promises easier handling and transport thanks to its reduced weight. Support feet increase stability when working with the grease spray, and a transparent double cover provides a reliable seal during greasing and allows the bearing assembly to remain clearly visible at all times. Thanks to the venting screw, it is also possible to vent the system and easily remove the bearing assembly once the process is complete.
The BPW Reman line is also continuing to grow: at Automechanika, BPW is presenting a new complete remanufactured hub. With the Reman line, BPW combines cost-effective repairs that reflect current market values with uncompromising standards of functionality and safety. BPW has published further details on the new complete remanufactured hub in a separate press release for the trade fair.
At BPW, digital services add a new layer of information to the workshop: the digital maintenance calendar neatly bundles vehicle, maintenance and repair records in one place, saving workshops and fleet managers the trouble of searching through paper files. In conjunction with the Electronic Brake Performance Monitoring System (EBPMS), maintenance requirements can be identified at an early stage and better aligned with the vehicle’s actual condition. This means that deadlines, parts and tasks can be planned in a more targeted manner – an important move away from rigid routines and towards condition-based maintenance.
"For BPW, the aftermarket segment is not simply a secondary spare parts business, but a central component of our performance promise," says Matthias Stoof, Head of OES Aftermarket at BPW. "Our customers not only expect the right parts, but also solutions that work in the workshop, reduce downtime and help ensure safety when the vehicle is in operation. This is exactly what "Pure genuine" stands for: genuine quality, real-world practicality and reliability – both in transport and in agriculture. "
BPW will be exhibiting OES Aftermarket together with PE Automotive at Automechanika in Frankfurt am Main from 8th to 12th of September in Hall 6, Stand B55.
