Complete One Applaud NatWest Business Accelerator

Advocates of entrepreneurship, Complete One are applauding the new Business Accelerator that is opening its doors to start-ups and older firms in the North East.

Complete One fosters a culture of entrepreneurship and award-winning Managing Director; Glen Lowes is a passionate and dedicated business coach and mentor, who relishes helping people to achieve their goals and make their entrepreneurship dreams a reality.

The business owner was excited to read about the new initiative. The NatWest Entrepreneur Accelerator programme is taking over from the E-Spark programme which helped launch a number of successful firms in the region, including baby yoga franchise Kalma Baby, milkshake manufacturer Canny, and sports company the Futsal Partnership. NatWest has vowed to continue to support entrepreneurs looking to scale-up their operations.

Entrepreneur development manager at NatWest, Adam Barrass said, “The programme used to be E-Spark powered by NatWest, but in March E-spark decided to go off and do their own piece separately. It was an amicable decision, and we saw the hubs as a great proposition, and we brought them in-house to take them from good to great.”

The programme is the UK’s largest funded business accelerator, with the focus to help businesses looking to scale up and grow. While on the course entrepreneurs will have access to one-to-one support, coaching sessions, and pitching lessons as well as access to support from tech giant Dell and law firm Pinsent Masons.

“This is great news for entrepreneurs in the North East, providing valuable support to help people make their business dream a reality,” commented Mr Lowes.

Complete One offers aspiring entrepreneurs within the direct sales and marketing field the opportunity to hone and develop their skills in a nurturing and supportive environment. The event-marketing specialists operate a unique business development program, which teaches participants all aspects of their business fundamentals including campaign management, client relations, marketing & sales strategies, motivational public speaking and recruitment. Mr Lowes takes a hands-on approach in his role as a business coach.

“One of the things I am most passionate about is providing others with the same opportunity I was once afforded. I take great satisfaction helping coach and develop people into successful businessmen and women,” continued Mr Lowes.
