Credico Australia Enjoy Team Building Exercise at DreamWorld!

Credico Australia, one of the country’s most thriving marketing agencies recently headed to Dreamworld on the Gold Coast, for a day of competition and team building.

On the 7th May, the group from Credico Australia took part in special team building day at Dreamworld, Australia’s largest and most popular theme park. As part of the park’s corporate ‘fun days’, Dreamworld’s team building package combines the park’s world-class, adrenaline fuelled attractions with a broad range of professionally delivered, cryptic challenges. Dreamworld’s team building experiences offer a unique way to bond and strengthen team relationships and internal communication, providing groups the opportunity to take on goals, challenges and triumphs, all while testing their nerves against the park’s big nine thrill rides.

During their team building day, Credico Management was joined by other professionals from the outsourced sales and marketing industry, including some of the country’s leading business owners. Credico Australia reported that being surrounded by such driven and naturally competitive people incredibly motivating and helped to ramp up the team morale and winning spirit among the management team. Those taking part in the team building day competed in four groups, with each team relying on a team leader to use their communication skills and leadership abilities to help them complete all tasks. Challenge facilitator Brad, commented “The group was one of the most competitive groups we’ve had! You can certainly see the personalities of everyone coming through – which always makes for a fun challenging day!”

Credico Australia found the team building day to be a great escape from the office and since taking part has seen an increase in the overall focus on performance management throughout the company, utilising individuals’ current skills to build on where they want to be in the future.

The day out at Dreamworld couldn’t have come at a better time for Credico Australia, as the firm is currently facing a major season of change with the move to a new headquarters and significant growth on the horizon.

Credico Australia opened in April 2013 and has been substantially increasing profit gains for clients in the telecommunications, security and non-profit sectors since their launch. The company’s rapidly expanding reach throughout the country has marked a milestone in Credico Australia’s central mission to go beyond expectations.
