This past week Emora’s Managing Director, Lauren Harrison ran a morning meeting on the life of professional businessman and author, Grant Cardone. The morning meetings focused on the subject of success, how this can be achieved and whether to ever be fully satisfied.
The morning workshop opened with an aspect many aspiring entrepreneurs have or will encounter within their professional lives, the idea of an adversary. Emora detail how many business start-up owners are told that their aspirations are unlikely to come to fruition. Grant Cardone explores this within a number of his publications, examining how many professionals are told they will not succeed so frequently, their goals are too unhealthy and unlikely that many begin to believe it, resulting in them never starting their business journey.
Grant Cardone is an avid believer in consistent validation, in a pro-active way to fuel success. Emora’s motivational meeting focused on empowerment ensures that each contractor has the knowledge to figure out how to solidify their theory of success, to become the best version of themselves, both professionally and personally.
Emora is encouraging their contractors through positive feedback, ensuring that they have the tools they need to succeed. Managing Director, Lauren Harrison states,“We are encouraging our contractors to find their own definition of success, and that their future lies only with them. We plan to give them the tools but they need to build their idea of victory. We are eager to instil an ethos that if you can, you must!”
Emora has a number of further motivational morning meetings planned for their young professionals, drawing on the lives of additional successful entrepreneurs. The company is excited about their business development programme and the positive effects it is sure to have on their contractors throughout 2018.
