With the final quarter of the year right around the corner, marketing and sales specialists, Florida Business Consulting are anticipating a record-breaking end to the year, following an inspiring and motivating promotion weekend.

Florida Business Consulting hired a conference room in the Centro Miami specifically for the event. Over 60 people came together to celebrate Bruno’s promotion. Attendees included two regional industry consultants and over 20 business owners.

“It was great for so many prominent people to come together to celebrate this milestone for Bruno. He has worked incredibly hard to get to where he is, and he deserves the recognition,” commented Eric Martin, Managing Director at Florida Business Consulting.

The promotion day commenced with a conference, with educational workshops before Bruno took to the stage to address delegates, sharing his story of success so far. After the formalities were over, a select group enjoyed lunch at Fogo de Chao, specifically picked to celebrate Bruno’s Brazilian routes. The night was spent at El Tucan, evoking the tropical glamour of 1940s Havana with a contemporary edge.

"It was a great occasion, and there is a real buzz of excitement in our organization. It’s one thing to know about progression but to see someone graduate the program is always hugely motivating and it has instilled a fire in the belly of some of our top performers,” commented Mr Martin.

The firm's commitment to development has seen Mr Martin grow the business from one location in Miami to twelve locations across seven states representing a diverse portfolio in various industries such as telecommunications, non-profit, stationery and energy to name a few.

The sales and marketing specialists goal is to have a total of 20 offices by the end of 2019.
