This week Managing Director, Simon Reynolds has been discussing with his workforce how sales skills lead to success in almost every field. Sales are more than the stereotype of manipulation and the ‘sell at all costs' attitude. And finally, the ability to close a sale and get others to agree, which fundamental to the sales process, is essential for those wanting to be successful.
