In an exclusive interview, the entrepreneur discusses the firm’s development and determination motto, alongside the future of the business and the number one priority at Latona Fox.

Latona Fox: About the firm

How would you explain the benefits of your industry?

Our industry boasts a coaching programme that provides you with every single skill you would ever need to know in the sales industry. From recruitment, coaching and interpersonal skills to administration and public speaking. The ultimate goal is progressing into business ownership, and that’s something we aim for here at Latona Fox.

What would you say is the biggest misconception about starting out as a customer facing brand ambassador?

The biggest misconception is that everyone says yes, or everyone says no. For a brand new brand ambassador, we urge them to put in the work to see results; you can’t do our industry and not give it 100 percent. Not everyone is going to say yes to you, and more importantly, not everyone is going to say no.

If you had one piece of advice to give to a budding entrepreneur, what would it be?

I’m not special. I’m not anything new. For me, when I started, I struggled to look at other business owners and think ‘I can do that’. I make a point of making sure every single person I coach can achieve this too. You don’t have to be special to do well; you just have to have a killer work ethic and push yourself more than the average person.

How do you generate new ideas?

I generate new ideas through research; I consume as much media as possible - whether this is podcasts, books, films, magazine etc. But also by talking, I love bouncing ideas off of other people. I don’t believe anyone can ever have just one idea that came solely from them; there is always influence from other people.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years time?

In South America with offices in Romania and the UK, I want to be in a consultancy position and able to boast over 300 guys with us here at Latona Fox. I see myself in a place where I can make an impact on people’s careers.

Why is Latona Fox different from its competitors?

We’re just like the fox, the determination and motivation, we never give up. We invest a lot in our people, more so than anything else. The number one priority is always the guys on our team, and the guys we’re working with. We go above and beyond to make sure that is a priority.
