Join the Zumbathon and help Cancer Support

Men, women and children are invited to join a huge Zumbathon to raise money for a local cancer charity.

The event takes place on Sunday 14 July at Radcliffe Civic Suite, from 12.15pm to 1.45pm.

Bury Cancer Support Unit gives advice and support to men and women who are living with a life-threatening or terminal illness, and to their families and carers. It meets at the Support Unit on Walshaw Road, Bury, and every penny from fund-raising goes straight to local people.

People of all ages can take part in the Zumbathon, although children must be accompanied by an adult.

The registration fee is £10 if you are sponsored, or £15 if you are taking part without getting sponsors.

For more information or to register, call Julie Porter on 0161 253 7729 or email j.porter@bury.gov.uk
