Meet the chiefs and ask questions

Residents can quiz some of Bury’s top service leaders on Wednesday 6 February at Bury Town Hall.

The Local Strategic Partnership executive board is open to the public, and includes a 30-minute public question time when the meeting starts at 2pm.

The board includes representatives from the council, the police, Bury College, The Met, NHS Bury, the probation service, and voluntary and business sectors.

Among the items on the agenda are updates on the Supporting Communities, Improving Lives programme and Whole Place Community Budgets; Bury’s Draft Health and Well-being Strategy; Transforming Rehabilitation consultation by GM Probation Trust; and Bury’s Draft Poverty Strategy.

There will also be a report by Bury Council’s chief executive Mike Kelly on the Bury Wider Leadership Group, formerly the Bury Public Service Board.
